1. Autumn (Holly’s First Autumn; ARI #851876)
DOB: 9/26/03
Sire: Carmen’s Peruvian Peachy Keene
Dam: Ameripaca’s Holly
Fleece: Light Fawn
Status: Bred to Carnak
DHA’s first-born is gentle, and easy to handle. She’s also a pleasure to handle, given her deep, dense fiber that’s developed good, uniform crimp.

2. Carina (Dogwood Hill’s Carina; ARI # 20003760)
DOB: 9/27/05
Sire: Aussie Bailey (Peruvian Olympus x Faiks’ Aurora Borealis)
Dam: Apple Of My Eye’s Cinnabar
Fleece: Medium Brown w/ Black Points
Status: Bred to Polaris
Her name means “little darling” and isn’t she just? Carina is one who will break from the herd to shyly touch noses with you. And when you’re that close, you can marvel at her dense, crimpy fleece, so rich and silky to the touch, perhaps the softest of the herd. And no wonder. Her sire, Aussie Bailey, himself a blue ribbon winner, is the grandson of Australia’s famous Peruvian, Drambuie. A delightful girl with impressive genetics.

3. Cassidy (A Miracle in Cassidy, ARI # 20003753)
DOB: 9/16/05
Sire: Mister Miracle
Dam: 6Peruvian Josefa
Fleece: Medium Fawn
Status: Bred to Peachy Keen
Cassie is a robust, precocious girl who was up and nursing within 15 minutes of birth. As she grows and thrives, we’re noticing her sturdy, straight conformation and the lovely thickness and impressive crimp of her fleece.

4. Cynthia (Dogwood Hill’s Cynthia, ARI # 20003777)
DOB: 10/4/05
Sire: Aussie Bailey
Dam: Ameripaca’s Holly
Fleece: Light Fawn
2005 was the year of female crias at Dogwood Hill, including Cynthia, a color we didn’t expect. From a medium brown dam and bay black sire, where did that lustrous beige fleece come from? No matter, it’s a sheer delight, as is Cynthia’s manner, so curious and easygoing. From our beautiful Holly…another outstanding Aussie Bailey offspring.

5. Holly (Ameripaca’s Holly, ARI # 819372)
DOB: 6/22/00
Sire: Peruvian Challenger
Dam: Acero Marka’s Hannah
Fleece: Medium brown with dark, fluffy ears.
A doting mother with a peaceful disposition, Holly impresses with her wonderfully correct conformation, her soft, dense fleece and the great handle of her fiber. Holly took second place at the 2001 Breeders Choice.

6. Levinsky (KPR Levinsky, ARI # 810749)
DOB: 8/25/98
Sire: Peruvian Pizarro
Dam: Monika
Fleece: Rose Gray
While some are charmed by the depth of Levinsky’s soulful eyes, others take note of her stunning crias. Crème Brulee, her unusual 2004 light fawn, took reserve champion honors at that year’s Virginia Classic.

7. My Girl (MFI Peruvian My Girl, ARI # 165920)
DOB: 8/29/96
Sire: PPeruvian Emilio
Dam: Peruvian Amy
Fleece: White
An outstanding animal who is one of the few that will accept a hug, and you’ll be glad you did. Even after four crias, Dogwood Hill’s My Girl still sports one of the softest handles in the herd.

8. Noire (Noire ARI # 822990)
DOB: 6/25/00
Sire: Gallegos
Dam: My Fair Lady
Fleece: True Black
Awards: 2001 Alpacarama, blue ribbon, black fleece;
